We accept returns only in the event of damage during shipment. To initiate a return, please provide a video proof of unboxing to our contact information. Upon receipt, we will conduct an investigation within 24 hours. If approved, a replacement shipment will be dispatched within 3 working days. We do not offer refunds.

Shipping Policy:
For prepaid orders, shipments are dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days from the dispatch date. Our shipping partner is Shiprocket, and a SMS link for tracking will be sent to the mobile number provided during checkout.
